In 2006, Steve won the National Small Law Firm Practice Innovation Award recognizing innovative client services. Further, Steve is a nationally recognized speaker for legal and financial services organizations. Steve has been practicing in Tampa Bay for more than 20 years.

As a practice management consultant, Steve helps other attorneys grow their practices. He is a Certified Practice Advisor through Atticus. Steve is creator of the Double Your Revenue Program™ (featured in Lawyers Weekly) and personally coaches a limited number of attorneys in growing their practices.

Steve is a graduate of Berry College and the University of Florida College of Law.
